Stats after the big B2C!

Well what a week, the first big event of the year and the stats started slow last week after all the training that has been going on. But I have to say it finished with one heck of a bang.

An amazing weekend for PRR, massive well done to everyone involved in the B2C, Runners, supporters, family and friends (Even temporary stalkers). Everyone was amazing and I think its safe to say well all enjoyed it. Look at all the photos in the B2C album. #PRRhugs to everyone

Don’t forget the social at Indiaah this Sunday and bring your shirts and bling from all over Christmas. If you have not said you are coming join the event on the FB page.

On Strava we now have 175 runners, 103 ladies and 72 gents. Not all so active though, so if you are one of the 51 that have got out there yet, now is the time to get moving (or you may just disappear off the list!!).
Two new name on the list this week so welcome Keiran Trotman and Tara Phillips

So far we have a total of 527 running weeks, these are a week where some one has been out at least once (This will get clearer as the year moves on). The ladies have 274 and the men have 253.
We have a few persistent runners that make it out every week of the year, so far this year there are 45 you are all listed below, so well done and keep it up.
To date we have run 12877.9kms and climbed 126495 meters, logging 1612 runs between us all.
The total distance champion for the year so far is Gethin Edwards with a total of 610.8km, and the mountain goat crown for the year so far is Gethin Edwards with 7471m climbed.
For the ladies Emma Reed has done 342km and Emma Reed is the highest climber so far with 3582 meters for the ladies.
The longest run to date goes to Tim Petterson with a distance of 72km, longest female run to date is Jo Marshall with a distance of 71.5.
Within the club we have the womblers, at the moment these are runners who are not the fast pace racers and tend to run shorter distances, as these generally get drowned by the high rollers I am creating your own set of stats.
At the moment I have classed womblers as runners who pace at more than 06:30 min / K, and run less than 10km maximum on a single run, we have 17 people who fall into this group.

#PRRparkrun
On Parkrun we now have 54 runners, between us we have clocked up 1459 runs. That’s 7295kms, pretty impressive. To be included in this stat you need to set you club as Pontyclun Road Runners.
Within Parkrun there are milestones for runners and we have a few runners with these, so far we have 4 runners who have completed over 100 runs, and 7 runners who have completed over 50 runs
If you are getting close to one of these milestones let everyone know as we all love to be there to supprt each other for these.

#PRRontour – What can I everyone on the B2C

#PRRhugs, well these were free and flowing all weekend and they lifted a few slowing spirits with smiles.
