Getting a bit of my memory back, it’s Monday!! Only 5 more sleeps till Parkrun. It’s going to be a busy end to the month this month with the Swansea Half and a few other runs.
I find lots of ways to look at numbers, being an Engineer and a manager you have too. Another great week last week with lots of people getting out there and running, only 1 new member on the stats this week so welcome Luc Chambost, I suspect a relation to another runner on here!! (Never was a detective)
In total 81 runners last week clocking up 1656.7 kms over 237 runs.
Queen of the road this week is Becca Swales getting herself a new PB for a 5k run.
Top distance goes to Gethin Edwards this week and a great effort of 71.3km and also the biggest single run of 33km, for the ladies Becks Williams ran 49.2. Well done to you both.
Gethin has also managed to make it to the billy goat status climbing 1095m during the week.
The pace setters for this week were Chris Metcalf pacing at 4:25 min/km and also Matthew Aherne clocking the same time.
The number of post 6:30’s seems to be going down so that just goes to prove that everyone is making progress, literally on a daily basis, top distance goes to Darpan Singh with 34.3km sneaking in a cheeky half marathon distance and Kay Lawless with her 21.8km.
Dab of the week……… well why not add a picture in the comments and let people judge. 🙂 Come on get posting those dabs!!

If you’re running in the rain, well you’re going to get wet so don’t forget to smile 🙂 and be proud you are out there.
